The design and implementation of change processes require a variety of methodological approaches. Therefore, the different services I offer for governmental and non-governmental development actors are very diverse. For instance, I support my clients in results-based programming through evaluations and studies, I strengthen capacities of partner organisations by developing and conducting trainings and I promote the exchange of experiences and lessons learned via network events and study tours. My technical core competences relate to Good Governance, Anti-Corruption, Migration & Integration as well as Gender Equality.
